How can I repair a tile shower floor that is coming off and fix a soft bathroom floor myself?

So, we redid our bathroom from scratch about three years back. But now we’re having some issues with the shower floor – the tile is coming off and the bathroom floor itself is starting to feel a bit soft. When we step around in the shower, we can hear and feel water moving underneath. I have no idea how to go about fixing the shower floor. We’re planning on doing the repairs ourselves. Any tips or advice on where to start?

Review your home insurance policy. A friend of mine did and they ended up getting a brand new kitchen and bath for just the cost of their deductible

Consider getting a schluter pan for the shower floor. You may need to install a new subfloor. Use tongue and groove advantix for that
