How can I remove the white stuff around my address numbers and match stucco color for touch-ups without repainting the whole house?

Hey, does anyone know how to remove the white residue around the address numbers? Also, has anyone in the group successfully matched stucco color before? My wife and I purchased this house 6 months ago and we’re not quite ready to pay for a full paint job yet, so any tips on doing touch-ups to the stucco would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Scrape off a tiny piece and get it matched at pretty much any paint store
So, are you suggesting removing a chunk of stucco?
I suggest trying not to remove a chunk of stucco, just paint it if you can. Is there any flaking in specific areas?
I’ll do my best to find a spot. So far, I’ve only come across spots that are discolored, like in the picture, but not straight up flaking.
Check out that corner in the picture. Or maybe on the downspout that matches the house?
