How can I redirect rain away from my garage without tearing it down, considering the tricky placement of the garage door and impending wood rot repairs?

Can anyone offer suggestions other than “remove the garage” on how to redirect rainwater away from this area? It’s tricky with the garage door in that location. By the way, I’ll be replacing all that rotted wood eventually. But let’s save that topic for another time! 😅
