Hey, so the ceiling rose fell off in one of our rooms. Any tips on how to reattach it to the ceiling? Would some kind of glue or adhesive work, and if so, which one would be best to use?

Unless you’re using it to support a chandelier, try unscrewing the cover to access the base and then screw it back in using some plasplugs if you’re not attaching it to wood.
