How can I properly seal a jacuzzi tub that has been covered oddly by previous owners to prevent any leaks?

Do you have any advice on how to properly seal this tub? It seems like it used to be a jacuzzi tub, but the previous owners did something strange to cover it up. I just want to make sure it’s properly sealed and won’t leak.
Is the picture incorrect?
That’s exactly what I’m thinking. All I can see is a floor and a wall.
You might want to consider adding more pictures. Redguard or another rubber roll-on membrane could be a good option.
Let’s give it another shot. Can you provide some photos of a bathtub?
A wall, you say?
Remove it. Those jets never get fully clean and are unhygienic. We own one and have tried cleaning it multiple times with jet cleaner, the water is repulsive. Wishing we had the funds to replace it.
Hey , I’ve been using a jetted tub for years now. Different homes, different tub brands. I’ve heard about people facing issues with them, but that hasn’t been my experience. I actually make use of it regularly. I believe those facing problems might not be using it often. You can try tossing a dishwasher detergent tab in there every now and then to clean the jets.
Oh yeah, , but there were 2 previous owners before us and the last ones rented it out. The condition of the house was pretty nasty when we first got it. Grease everywhere, even on the kitchen cupboards. We had to deep clean the whole place and put in a lot of work before we could even think about moving in.
Sure, I totally get where you’re coming from. The house I’m in now was actually foreclosed before. I’ll let you use your imagination for all the repairs, replacements, and cleaning I had to do.
