How can I properly ground an outlet on the opposite side of a wall?

I’m thinking about putting in a new outlet on the other side of the wall. Any tips on how to ground it properly?
It’s hard to see what’s happening there but connect to the existing ground that I think I spot there. et ready for all the doomsday comments on insurance, code, etc… but what do I know, this is all 110v in the states since I live in East Asia.
Well you’ve got a metal box over there and should connect it to the ground wires. Put in a 20 amp outlet on the other side that’s a 20 amp FCI
