Hey there! Can anyone offer some advice? Whenever it rains a lot, my garage ends up flooding. Any tips on how to prevent this? The issue seems to be worse near the door. I suspect it’s because the soil runoff isn’t draining quickly enough. I’ve attached a couple of photos from inside the garage and one from outside. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Have the gutters been cleared out? We use a leaf blower to clear all gutters and downspouts.
Do you know where your downspout is located? Is it close to this area? It might be necessary to run it underground and away from this area
They manufacture seals that can be placed to assist with this.

Seals by will not be effective if the pitch of the apron is incorrect. Pour water on that corner on a dry day and observe its flow. It may be necessary to regrade the corner or install a threshold drain.
In the third picture, there is a significant amount of water accumulating outside the wet area. Installing a gutter above to divert the water away could be helpful. As a quick solution, you could also dig a 2″ deep trench in the soil next to the concrete to allow for easier water flow away from the area.
Have you checked the condition of the large seal on the bottom of the garage door? If it is old or damaged, it may be time to replace it with a new one.
There is a threshold attached to the floor that assists. Additionally, consider replacing the worn rubber on the bottom of the door.
