How can I prevent bird attacks and damage to the wood areas at the triangle peak and far right of my newly roofed and guttered home, and would siding be a suitable solution with color suggestions?

Hey there! I could use some input on how to deal with the wood sections on the triangle peak and far right of my house. Those pesky birds won’t stop attacking it and making huge holes. We just had a new roof and gutters installed, both black. Do you think siding would be a good solution? Any ideas on colors that would work well? Thanks a bunch!
