How can I install a fence directly on trees with many roots without digging around them?

I noticed the fence isn’t around the house, but I have some questions about putting it up inside. Later on, I’ll ask about that.
Has anyone here ever put up a fence on trees like this? If so, any tips on how to do it without having to dig around all the roots?
I believe this is simply used to conceal a chain link fence.
Oh, this isn’t actually a fence; it’s a fabric that can be added to a chain link fence for privacy or to block the wind.
You’ll want a fence to hang up this fabric.
Hey , what’s up?
An anonymous person since it’s not a structural issue. It’s about the material, not the fencing.
Could using the trees as fence posts be a solution to the issue mentioned?
When you attach the fabric to the trees, you risk the health of the trees and you also need structural support throughout, not just at the designated fence post spots. It might be best to reach out to the manufacturer/seller for more information.
Thank you for clarifying 😊, it all makes sense now
Every time I’ve tried tarps, they fall apart within a year or two and then you find plastic bits EVERYWHERE and they’re difficult to clean up. I’ve decided to avoid using them for outdoor tasks, they contribute too much to plastic pollution.
Is it possible to connect it to trees?
