How can I fix my sink after a DIY mishap nearly 4 years ago? Would liquid sander help?

I tried using this stuff on my sink about 4 years back, not really knowing what I was doing – I just wanted to get rid of that yellowish tint and save some cash, haha. But I ended up messing it up and never got around to fixing it. Any ideas on how to make it look better? Do you think liquid sander would help? 😅
Get a replacement for it.
You could lightly sand with 220 grit sandpaper, then a finer grit, before applying a new layer of paint over the entire surface.
If it were me, I’d use a power sander to even out the surface and then repaint it. After that, apply a sealer.
Wait, is it a pedestal sink? You could check out your nearby restore and grab one for $30-50 to switch it out.
We did the same thing. Lived with it for around a year, and then swapped it out…
Smooth out the surface by sanding it and invest in the Rust-Oleum tub and tile kit with a two-step process. A spray can won’t provide lasting results. Apply a thick and smooth coat with a brush, allow it to dry and cure properly before using water.
Lovely
Perhaps it’s time to consider getting a new sink and a matching tap. 😊
Any effective paint product comes at a cost where you might as well opt for a new sink altogether. Pedestal sinks can be quite affordable to start.
