How can I fix a flooring problem where one part is not connecting after replacing the subfloor due to a busted tank?

I had to redo my daughter’s floor because a tank burst, so we replaced the subfloor and made sure everything was level. But now we’re having trouble getting one part of the floor to connect properly. We’ve tried everything we can think of, but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions on what we should do next?
When it comes to click flooring, it’s best to avoid pulling it apart and reinstalling it. The locking mechanism is delicate and breaking it even slightly can lead to difficulties in putting it back together correctly.
Considering this is all new flooring, do you think it needs to be reinstalled?
