How can I enhance the look of my home with a dark pergola and new roof color?

I’m thinking about buying this house. What do you think about sprucing it up a little? I’m considering adding a dark pergola on the left side over the pavers, and I’m also planning on getting a new roof. Any ideas on what color I should go for?
