How can I effectively repair the rotted OSB between my stick built walk out and brick without removing the wall and jack supporting the house?

Hey there, just wanted to give you an update on a little issue I’ve been dealing with. The OSB between my stick built walk out and the brick got all rotted from a past water leak – but don’t worry, I’ve fixed the leak already. Turns out the damage happened because the plastic moisture barrier was taken out during a crack repair on an exterior basement wall by the previous owner, who didn’t quite nail the fix.

Here’s my plan for repairing it – I’m gonna scab in some new studs from top to bottom and get rid of as much of the old rotted wood as I can. I cleared out all the debris from the brickwork so the basement concrete pad is exposed. I’m thinking of using closed cell insulation at the bottom, over the repaired crack to keep the wood protected from moisture. I’ll go all around the basement perimeter with it. After that, I’ll spray on a secondary foam about 4 inches off the ground to really seal the area where the OSB board was taken out.

What do you think of this repair plan? I’m trying to avoid having to tear down the wall and jack up the house to replace it, which would cost a whopping $25
