How can I effectively repair stucco tar paper from the inside?

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this stucco tar paper from the inside?
‘t forget about that large hole in the drain line haha. And for the paper, it’s simply building paper. You can add more and glue it if you really want to. But truthfully, it’s meant to be situated behind the studs and that’s not feasible now. So just insulate and drywall
I was waiting for someone to mention the gap. Thankfully, it’s a single story so it’s just an extra vent for now. Haha It’s probably been there since the house was built in ’71. Should I worry about the insulation getting wet now that the paper is removed?
Seal the gap with JB Weld, even if it’s just a vent pipe.
The paper won’t help with moisture. If you have a serious moisture problem that would dampen insulation, then there’s a bigger issue and water would come up from under the paper.
It will definitely be taken care of before the wall is completely finished.
No need to worry, the paper primarily prevents the stucco from fully pushing through the wire mesh
