How can I effectively remove chipping Rustoleum tile paint from my navy blue shower accent tile?

Hey, so a few years back I painted over the navy blue accent tile in my shower with Rustoleum tile paint. Now it’s starting to chip and flake off. I want to remove it, but I’m not sure how to go about it. Any suggestions?
Paint stripper works great. It can be easily rinsed off with water for a quick fix.
