How can I effectively remove black spots and brown stains from the counter and back splash area where water pools, despite our efforts to wipe it up?

Hey, does anyone know how to remove the black and brown spots around the counter and back splash in my kitchen? It’s right behind the sink and water always collects there, no matter how much we wipe it up. Do you think we need to add more sealant or is there another solution? I’d appreciate any suggestions or tips! Thanks in advance for any help!
You might need to grab a toothbrush and some new silicone to tackle those black spots on the seam. Have you tried Barkeepers cream? It really does work wonders.
