How can I DIY resurfacing my pitted, unlevel garage floor without cracks, without spending a fortune and ensuring I do it correctly with the right products?

I have a garage floor that’s really bumpy and uneven in some spots, but luckily no cracks. I want to fix it myself to save money, but I’m a bit anxious about getting it done properly and not sure which products to use. Any advice on how to tackle this?

Using self-leveling, cement is your best option. you won’t get a brand new look unless you go pro. It willAB;ll handle the pitting issue you mentioned.

I checked with my husband, and he suggests trying out this product first to smooth the pitting: https://www.homedepot.ca/product/custom-building-products-skim-coat-patch-cement-underlayment11-34kg/1000668621

After that, you can use self-leveling cement to even it all out. He also mentioned you can add epoxy for a nice finish if you’d like.
