How can I cool my garage without drilling a hole in the wall by extending the exhaust hose into the attic?

Hey there! I’m looking to lower the temperature in my garage. I picked up a portable AC + Heater, but the room doesn’t have any vents for me to connect the exhaust hose to. I really don’t want to start drilling holes in the walls, so I was thinking of running the hose up into the attic and extending it to the other end of the house where there’s a convenient opening. Any suggestions on how I can make this work without any pictures?
Make sure to follow the instructions, your exhaust run should not exceed 5 feet or something similar.
That’s a valid point.
Let’s use the window vent exhaust to push out the hot air from the garage. And we can prop up a 2×6 to close off the rest of the gap.
Consider installing a Mr. Cool ductless A/C unit. It operates on 120/220 volts (you may be able to plug it into 120) and comes with pre-charged lines with ads. It will cool the space more effectively and provide heat in the winter.
