How can I bring my 12-foot high fences back together and securely attach them?

Hey everyone, my fences are starting to come apart from each other. They’re about 12 feet tall from the ground. Any ideas on how I can bring them back together and make sure they’re securely attached? Thanks so much!
Clip the nails and use a ratchet strap to the next post. Once you’ve pulled it back, screw in a metal bracket to secure it.
