How can I adjust a door handle that is not lining up with the door strike plate and fix the uneven gap between the door and jamb after replacing hinges?

Hey, does anyone have experience with replacing door hinges? I managed to get everything lined up, but now the door handle is a little lower than the strike plate. Plus, the gap between the door and jamb isn’t consistent. Any tips on how to adjust this properly?
