How can I achieve the same black oak finish as RH on this Amoire through painting?

Hey, does anyone have any tips on how to paint this Amoire to look like the RH Black oak finish?
The intricate design is really impressive
Hey, could you avoid painting that beautiful piece of furniture?
We ended up painting it even though the natural wood color was lighter. I regret not keeping it that way…but now that my room decor has changed, that’s why I thought black oak would be best. My dining chairs are from RH in black oak
Are you thinking of staining or painting?

You could try stripping it using a sandblaster, and then applying stain and polyurethane
It would be a shame to alter that gorgeous piece any further
Kindly refrain from painting it
