How can I achieve a metallic textured look on my walls with a specific metallic blue paint, possibly sponged on, and using two colors?

I’m currently brainstorming how to get that cool metallic texture on my walls. I’m not sure if it involves using two colors or if I can achieve it with just that metallic blue paint I like. And does it look like it was done with a sponge? Any advice would be super helpful, thanks a bunch!

It might be a mix of both – different versions of two colors with a sponged glaze on top.
