How can condensation inside a double glazed window be fixed – can it be resealed or does it need a full replacement?

Hey, do you have any ideas on how to tackle the condensation problem in a double glazed window? Is it possible to fix or reseal it, or is it necessary to get a new window altogether? Thanks in advance!
Consider replacing the glass with a new sealed unit. The window frame can remain in place.
It is possible to swap out the glass insert.
Unfortunately, it needs to be replaced.
