Have we removed all the old paint from the kitchen cabinets while cleaning, and what type of paint should be used on cabinets with a smooth plastic texture?

Hey guys, so we’re tidying up this house and the owner has asked us to repaint the kitchen. We’ve managed to clean off all the old paint, but we’re not sure what type of paint to use on these cabinets. The texture is kind of smooth and almost like plastic. Any ideas? Honestly, I’m not sure!
