Does this DIY subpanel installation in my garage look okay, especially considering the original panel lacked separate neutral and ground bars?

Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I set up this DIY subpanel in my garage a while ago. The original panel didn’t have separate neutral and ground bars. It’s been working really well, but I’m wondering if any experts out there notice anything obviously incorrect? Thanks for any input!
You probably better remove the bonding screw, and mark the reen neutral wire with white tape. I also think those aluminum wires are too small for 100 amps
