Do only EMT professionals understand the struggles of aligning panels and fixing circuits with multiple wire issues?
Only those who work with EMT will truly understand the struggle of aligning panels with existing homeruns. I’m almost done with this picture, the only thing missing is the bonding jump from the bushing to the Neutral bar in one of the panels. Oh, and after labeling the panel, I found a few more circuits with multiple wires that needed a 2 pole breaker added. It was a bit of a headache, even the 240 circuits had one leg from one panel and one from the other. Some conduits had 6 hot wires going to only 2 neutral returns. The previous workers added extra circuits by doubling up on breakers and exceeding the conduit limit, just splicing to the neutrals upstream. I’ll have to come back and add about 5 extra neutrals. Thankfully, I have a great customer who is willing to pay to have it fixed properly. Some people just don’t care or think you’re trying to gouge them for more money.
