Do I really need to remove my tub insert and replace part of the plywood subfloor for mold treatment or can I proceed with caulking and vinyl installation?

Can anyone help me figure out if I have to take out my tub insert and replace part of the plywood subfloor? I really don’t want to have to do those two things since I don’t have the money or know-how. The caulk was old and there was a tear in the vinyl, so the liquid came from outside the tub, not inside, which makes me think the mold probably didn’t spread too far under the insert. The subfloor seems solid and not soft or weak. I used Concribium mold control and plan to use mold primer, Redgaurd, and install vinyl following the right steps and caulking, unless you guys think I need to do more. I did a little digging (you can see where I cut) to check how far the mold reached, and it seems like it was just a tiny bit, like a millimeter or a twentieth of an inch. The subfloor under the tub side looked mostly grey, not black, before I treated the mold.

Just stop the moisture source to prevent further damage…
