Square D bolt on: essentially just screw on. You can tell it’s from the late 60s or early 70s by the color of the wires.

In the past, we used to do all of this while powered. We still do most of it that way, as it’s usually not practical to shut down panels to install a breaker.
The part of uy Harrelson Rex ammon that concerns me is that it attaches to a floating bus bar. (Which is too close to another bus phase) I typically work with power, but not in this scenario

I had to remove the ITE bolt in breakers with the help of a couple of guys.
There’s some questionable stuff happening with that three-phase breaker, but it’s a bit of a mess that somehow functions.
