This type of thing is not allowed here in the Netherlands 🤣
Niels said it’s not allowed here either. I think due to the age of the building, they were attempting to separate the grounds for an old phone service.

You should have just twisted it if needed!!🤣🤣
Putting a ground bar is not recommended
