Could the use of exterior stucco paint rollers be causing the blotchy appearance on my interior walls after the first coat?

My painter just wrapped up the first coat on my interior walls today, but I noticed that it looks a bit patchy. I took a closer look at the paint rollers he used and realized that they’re actually meant for exterior stucco. Could that be why it looks blotchy? Here’s the type of nap he used…
