Can you spot the big problem in this tidy find from the wild world of female electricians?

Came across this gem out in the field. Was pleasantly surprised by how neat it was. However, there’s a major issue lurking. Can you figure out what it is? #electricianlife #servicecall #femaleelectrician #bluecollarwomen #renovation #tipoftheday #learnonreels #tips #diy #fyp #viral #shorts #electric #usa #usagirl #moderntechnology
The neutral is being used as a ground
There are no bushings on the incoming conduit. Also, there is no grounding conductor connected to the ground bus. Make sure to use tie wraps.
Ary Ashness do zip ties comply with code?
Uv black zip ties are necessary
I happened to use uv black… good to be aware of
Neutrals are doubled up here
There is no grounding present.
Are doubled up neutrals and not securing the hot wires together considered bundling?
Negative
No grounding present
Who is responsible for putting in an egc for the service?
The panel lacks proper grounding
Is the service wire lacking a ground wire?
Saying it’s not from the meter itself
They attached two neutral wires to the same lug. If this is the main service panel, you also need a main bonding jumper. It might be there but not visible. However, each neutral wire must have its own lug.
Missing a main ground wire
There’s an insulated ground bar without an equipment grounding conductor connected under the lug
There’s no dead front cover on this panel
To begin with, there is no ground wire coming in. Secondly, a separate ground bar should be present along with the neutral. Proper grounding should be done at the service, not at the panels
I’ve noticed! All the ground wires are connected to the neutral bar but not touching the can, right?
Check out the MBJ on the right doing that.
Hey , if it’s not in the picture, it’s like it doesn’t even exist! 😂
I wasn’t aware that you could double up your neutrals
All the grounds are connected to the neutral bus. In my opinion, I don’t see a separate ground bus or conductor
The bus bar is overheating!
In older installations, if the meter is located behind this panel, there may not be a ground wire. The grounds and neutral are bonded together with the bonding strap enclosed in plastic from left to right. The only thing missing is a bonding screw
Round wire
Many of the neutral and ground wires seem to be double tapped.
The box isn’t properly grounded, it doesn’t have any actual code grounding connection.
