Can you recommend a solution for repairing a broken tile that is no longer being produced to improve its appearance?

Hey, so the tile is cracked and unfortunately they don’t make that style anymore. Any ideas on how to repair it so it looks nicer? We ended up using Tough Stuff to fill in the gap.
Swap it out for the white option and redo all the tiles in white
I recently finished painting the 2 inch yellow tile in my bathroom.
That remolding plate fits perfectly on a 1225 cartridge, right?
Oh yeah..
But seriously. Lol. There has to be a DIY story behind that gem
That’s exactly what this group is…I’m mainly here for the Plumbing Comments, and yes, I’ve been in the Plumbing Trade for 40 years now, I’ve pretty much done it all from Big Commercial to New Homes and Residential Service, seen a lot of Crazy stuff over the years..
I once saw a rental where a damaged tile was filled and shaped with bondo, then painted to match the color 🤣🤣🤣😬
Perhaps consider trying to find a paint that closely matches the current color?
How about knocking out that tile, removing the tap, and replacing it with a tile that is a similar color?
You can find the same tile on Amazon, eBay, and other sites
If you ignore it, the mold problem will only get more severe. And indeed, there’s mold lurking back there due to years of grout issues
The most affordable option: pick 6 tiles and choose a white one in the same size for installation.
Instead of trying to match tiles, opt for a completely different color to really stand out.
It seems that several tiles have cracked, signaling that it may be time for a renovation. These things happen!
Consider selecting a single solid color tile to freshen up the space.
Try adding a covering plate or pick out some coordinating colors to replace the damaged sections. Looks like there are many holes in the grout, indicating water may have seeped into the walls. It’s important to clean and regrout your tiles to prevent further issues.
We’ll take out the tiles with caution. Fix any leaks from the spout/valve cylinder. Upgrade to waterproof backer board. Reinstall the original tiles, perhaps finding extras hidden under the sink. Consider adding decorative tiles for a new look. And don’t forget to regrout!
Let’s redo the tiling around the shower.

Our tiles had to be taken out due to a leak, now we’re considering a full remodel
Grab a tile from the bottom or back of the door area, then use it to patch up the tub. Look for a similar colored tile to replace where it’s less noticeable
Time for some new tiles, the old ones could use a refresh. It’s actually pretty easy to do… I remember being 15 when I tackled my first tile project, and it turned out really well
Seems like it’s about time to swap out the whole thing. I wouldn’t bother trying to fix it, as I doubt any repairs will make it look decent at all
