I have a suggestion for updating this old front porch and some ideas for window colors, if you don’t mind. 😁
I think the porch trim and railings would pop if painted black to match the other black elements.
Take out the handrail (it’s not needed) and replace the grass with smaller evergreens and perennials in the front. Consider using a deeper blue-green as your accent color. Something like this shade:
