Do you think it’s possible to add a tint to this paint? I’m looking for a light beige shade.

You can find window tint at Home Depot.

At Home Depot, you can find a tintable paint that is just like this one. It’s Behr oil-based, and you can choose your color chip from the Behr section and ask them to mix it in the oil-based formula.

Do you think oil-based is different from epoxy enamel-based? Or are they actually the same?

It seems like almond or biscuit would be the perfect colors for what you need. Those are the shades they refer to as off-white for appliances. You can check out this link for the Rust-Oleum Appliance Biscuit Liquid.

If you’re looking to repaint the entire appliance, I suggest simply looking it up. Try searching for ‘appliance paint biscuit.’ That’s the first thing that popped up.

You might want to consider epoxy tint, similar to what they use for boats and surfboards. Maybe check at a marine supply store for this product.

Rocío Guzmán

The color is actually called Almond or biscuit
