If you’re not an electrician, why are you trying to get into this field?

It appears that the green screw is missing, and there seems to be a bar connecting the neutral and ground bar that got damaged and looks burnt

These new Leviton panels are wired that way, and it’s correct for them to have separate grounds as long as this is a sub panel. They may look strange, but they are actually easier to use. The breaker gets installed after you wire everything in. I’ve seen them, but I haven’t had a chance to use one yet
Typical
Hmm, what seems off.. are there 2 breakers?
Seems like everything is just upside down
No problem ✅😉🆒
So, based on the mounting hole in the back, it looks like it’s oriented correctly.
Interior panel upside down
Fits both sides 🤷🏻
Most panels by can be ordered to be top or bottom fed, and some are also reversible.
It seems like the electrician needs to install some breakers and wiring…
I get it, if DF breakers don’t include the feed screws. I’ve just never come across that brand before.
It might seem strange because the white wires are connected to the breakers, probably FCI breakers. When I zoom in, it becomes blurry.
Ary Hunter That is the operation of Leviton panels
Ary Hunter these are plug-on neutrals for AFCI protection
There was a manufacturing error on the wrong side of the number
The E breaker panel is worth checking out, especially with the transparent cover

The Leviton panels have some unique features, but overall they look good. It’s convenient to replace breakers on them
Leviton panel.
Check out these new panels! They represent the future
The panel appears to be installed upside down
Actually, it can be installed in any direction. Why block the gutter if it’s fed from the bottom, and vice versa?
The convertible feature means it can be used in multiple orientations, you might be thinking of a different brand
Absolutely
The Leviton smart panel appears to be in good condition
Using white breakers might not be the best choice 😉
Is that the main ground wire connecting to the ground bus?
Yes…

Seems like something is heating up and maybe the neutral wasn’t stripped
I’ve been using those panels for the past 6 years, and while they have their issues with the breakers, there’s nothing inherently wrong with them.
Yep, looks fine to me. No safety concerns spotted
Seems like a sub panel
Neutral isn’t connected
