Can I install a 240v electric heater if I only have 115v on each wire?

I’m not very familiar with electrical stuff, but I do know that this electric heater is supposed to be used with 208 volts and 30 amps. My wires are only giving me 115 volts each. Do you think it would be okay to install a 240-volt heater instead?
