Can anyone provide insight on troubleshooting issues with a hardwired ice maker panel showing signs of overheating?

Hey, everyone! Can I pick your brains for a sec? There’s been an issue with the equipment that’s been connected to this panel for a while now. A couple of days ago, they started having some trouble with the unit (it’s a big ice maker), and when they opened up the panel, this is what they found inside 🙃🫣 The left side doesn’t seem to be heating up, while the two on the right are definitely hot. Any ideas on what might be going on?
