Can anyone provide insight on moving water and drain pipes to stack laundry units in a 1970s ranch style house with an outdoor laundry room?

So, I live in this 1970s ranch style house that originally had the washer and dryer in the kitchen/dining area. But at some point, they decided to brick over the wood paneling and create an “outdoor” laundry room on the side of the house. I’ve got a picture of the water lines and drain pipe setup – the washer is on the right and I have to face it towards the dryer on the left back wall. The dryer vent is to the left of the dryer, so that has to stay where it is. I’m thinking about moving the water and drain pipe so I can stack my units where the dryer currently is. Has anyone tried this before and can give me an idea of how much work it’s going to take?
