Hey, does anyone happen to know what kind of wood flooring this is?
White or red oak, your nearby flooring store should offer a text sample kit.

Yep, it’s oak. And it’s pretty thick too.
It’s kinda hard to say from the picture of the big room. Definitely not oak. Maybe maple or Douglas fir.

Sand down the surface, add some oil, and share the outcome. Seeing the natural wood clearly makes a big difference
