Can a total newbie DIY the main things needed for closing, like fixing the improper slope?

Hey everyone, just wrapping up here and these are the key things that still need attention. I’m not very experienced with fixing things around the house. Do you think any of these tasks could be done by myself? If so, could you give me some guidance on how to tackle them? As for the issue with the improper slope, I’m thinking it might be best to hire a professional to handle that.

You can handle the sump pump discharge, caulking, and painting yourself. For the gutter and grading work, it’s best to hire someone. The blacktop patch might be something you can tackle, but you’ll need a compactor. To ensure the patch sticks well, consider using a weed burner torch to heat up the existing asphalt. Actually, on second thought, it’s best to hire out the asphalt patch as well.
