Can a 1996 CBR 600 F3 gauge cluster be repaired and is it cost-effective compared to purchasing a new one for $100-150?

It may be more cost-effective to purchase a new one.
Broken bracket and water damage. You should consider replacing it.
Even if it’s been cleaned and seems usable, it may lead to future issues. It’s best to replace it.
I know, right? It seems like there’s always money to be spent 🙄😪
. It’s amazing how it always happens. Do you think it’s from a dash cluster? How do you think it got wet? Maybe a leak from the windshield? Or was it flooded? Do you think the rest of the car is worth the time and money investment?
It’s a 1996 bike. The clusters are known to corrode like this one did, so keep that in mind.
If you have some money to spare, it’s worth fixing by soldering it after applying flux.
