Any tips or tool recommendations for a new apprentice starting their first day at an oilfield company?

Hey, so I’m starting my new gig as an apprentice at an oilfield company tomorrow. I don’t really have my own tools yet, but I’m sure I’ll start building up my collection soon. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations on what tools I should start with? Thanks in advance!
