Any advice on leveling floors and sister joisting without negative feedback?

Hey there! We’re working on leveling our floors over here. Thinking about adding some sister joists to make sure the main beam reaches the ground properly. The place could use a good cleaning, so I’ll be sharing some progress photos along the way. If you have any advice or opinions, I’d love to hear them. Originally, that was my plan. However, I ended up removing all the joists and reinforcing the ones that were still in good condition, while also providing additional support throughout the kitchen and living room. This happened once we started installing the subfloor.
