What type of anchor or mount should I use to securely hang a heavy sign above my TV without causing damage to my wall?

Hey, just a quick question for you. I’m looking to hang this pretty heavy sign above my TV. Any recommendations on what type of anchor or mount I should use to prevent it from tearing out of the wall? Thanks a bunch!
I used 3M hooks for my barn wood sign above the sink – they’re really great and simple to use. I used a couple of them because the sign is quite heavy.
