Is my wiring correct if the green indicator light is on but there is no power when I plug something in and the reset button doesn’t work?

Hey, can someone confirm if my wiring is correct? The green light is showing, but nothing happens when I plug something in. I tried pressing the reset button, but it just pops back out. Thanks in advance.

It looks like there’s a FCI with a line side load to protect other devices
